Michael Garrigan is a Massachusetts licensed Private Investigator,
assigned license number P-1014. He has spent the better part of the
last two decades in this field. Previously he worked under the license
of another Massachusetts licensed Private Investigator.
He graduated from the Police academy offered by the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Training Council on June 24, 1981. The classes and instruction were intense and included Massachusetts Law, procedures of arrest, photography, fingerprint development, comparison, and identification, apprehension techniques as well as other information necessary to criminal investigations.
Mr. Garrigan attended and received certification in the Nark II Progressive System of Drug Identification, in September of 2003. This program was an extensive training in the new procedures of drug identification available in the industry. And later attended and graduated courses at the Sirchie Finger Print Laboratories in Crime Scene Technology & Evidence Collection. This was an intensive refresher course for professional investigators from the public and private sector. |
